how do I get there?
It's a short 15 minute walk from the centre of Newcastle to the assembly area. From the proposed parking and assembly area, the start of the Ouseburn event is approximately 400 metres.

what courses are available?
As this is an informal event, we have four courses that people can choose from.
Course A - 4.3km
Course B - 3.1km
Course C - 2.2km
Course D - 1.6km
(note course C is suitable for juniors 16 and under. Course D is suitable for juniors 12 and under at yellow standard)
what time does it start?
Start times are between 6pm and 7:30pm
what sort of terrain can I expect?
Fast open runnable parkland in the north giving way to steep wooded slopes, stairs and paths of the Ouseburn Valley down to the Ouseburn Farm. Courses also incoporate areas under the Metro, railway and Byker bridges, open grassed areas, paths riverside walks and commercial and residential premises, and a small but complex housing estate.

Entry fees are per course. Cost of entry to be confirmed.
